Kelly C. Miller

State Relations Officer

Kelly C. Miller was appointed State Relations Officer for the Office of the Auditor General (OAG) in January 2011. She is the principal contact for the Legislature and works directly with the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government to promote and maintain open lines of communication. She manages the State relations program for the OAG and interacts daily with people and entities served by the OAG.

Immediately prior to joining the OAG, Ms. Miller was the Legislative Director for a key State senator and, previous to that position, became familiar with State government operations while serving in positions in the offices of former key Michigan State government leaders, including a Governor, a Senate Majority Leader, and a Speaker of the House of Representatives.

She is a lifelong Michigan resident who enjoys experiencing our four seasons and spending time with her husband, son, and extended family.

Ms. Miller has a master of public administration degree from Western Michigan University and a bachelor of arts degree in advertising and public relations from Grand Valley State University.
